As a market leader in the BI field, we are seeking a passionate professional with a strong interest in data technologies to support our innovative analytics platform. The role includes working with cutting-edge technologies, collaborating with a dynamic team, and contributing to transforming how organizations leverage their data.


Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for all BI products to customers, partners, and team members via ticketing systems, screen sharing, and other support tools

  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues as part of dedicated task forces

  • Support SaaS and on-premises customers with installations, upgrades, and system migrations

  • Identify and resolve issues related to scripting, data extraction, and data connections

  • Contribute to the creation of internal and external technical documentation, including knowledge base articles

  • Collaborate with customers to identify, reproduce, and document technical issues

  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product changes and support environments

  • Utilize BI tools and command-line interfaces for issue resolution

דרישות המשרה

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Logistics, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience developing on a BI platform (preferably Qlik)

  • At least 1 year of experience in Tier 1/2 technical support at a software/integration company

  • Strong understanding of BI products
