As a market leader in the BI field, we are seeking a passionate professional with a strong interest in data technologies to support our innovative analytics platform. The role includes working with cutting-edge technologies, collaborating with a dynamic team, and contributing to transforming how organizations leverage their data.
Responsibilities
Provide functional support for all BI products to customers, partners, and team members via ticketing systems, screen sharing, and other support tools
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues as part of dedicated task forces
Support SaaS and on-premises customers with installations, upgrades, and system migrations
Identify and resolve issues related to scripting, data extraction, and data connections
Contribute to the creation of internal and external technical documentation, including knowledge base articles
Collaborate with customers to identify, reproduce, and document technical issues
Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product changes and support environments
Utilize BI tools and command-line interfaces for issue resolution
דרישות המשרה
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience developing on a BI platform (preferably Qlik)
At least 1 year of experience in Tier 1/2 technical support at a software/integration company
Strong understanding of BI products
