Our innovative solutions are used by clients worldwide to drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock new opportunities. As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our AI and Data Department in Petah Tikva.


Responsibilities:

● Growth Product Manager:

○ Develop and execute growth strategies that leverage AI and data insights to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms and traditional distribution channels such as insurance agents and call centers.

 ○ Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities using AI-driven tools and analytics.

● Customer Service Enhancement Product Manager:

○ Identify key pain points in customer service and create innovative solutions using AI and data technologies to improve customer experiences.

○ Implement AI-driven initiatives such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and personalized customer interactions to enhance service delivery.

● Operational Optimization Product Manager:

○ Analyze existing operational workflows and apply AI and Generative AI technologies to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve service delivery.

○ Lead strategic projects to map and define operational needs, establish a single source of truth for company data, and build a transparent and user-friendly business view.

●  Churn and Loyalty Product Manager:

○ Develop and implement strategies to reduce customer churn and enhance loyalty using AI and data-driven insights.

○ Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to identify at-risk customers and design proactive retention initiatives.

○ Monitor key performance indicators related to churn and loyalty, and continuously refine strategies to improve customer retention.

דרישות המשרה

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with expertise in the relevant focus area (Growth, Customer Service Enhancement, Operational Optimization, or Churn and Loyalty).

  • Strong understanding of AI and data analytics, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with development teams to execute solutions.

  • Experience in leading strategic products and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
