We're looking for a passionate Solution Engineer with strong technical skills and a customer-centric mindset to guide enterprise customers through their journey from initial engagement to successful onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Lead prospects through POCs and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth handoff to Customer Success.
Act as the product expert, clearly communicating the value of the platform to enterprise stakeholders.
Work closely with the R&D team to craft tailored solutions for customer-specific needs.
Be the first line of response for customer inquiries, and help build scalable processes to support growth.
Prioritize and triage customer requests, making sure they are addressed by Product and R&D.

3+ years in a US-facing, technical customer role (e.g., Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer) in B2B cybersecurity
Strong technical foundation (software development, cybersecurity, etc.)
Experience in the AppSec domain – a strong plus
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
