As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be:
Lead the technical support team, resolving platform issues and managing escalations for complex troubleshooting.
Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and supporting system updates and deployments.
Collaborate across teams to address user challenges, optimize platform functionality, and improve IT systems.
Mentor the support team, maintain detailed documentation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze recurring issues, generate performance reports, and recommend enhancements to guide business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
3+ years of experience in technical support, IT management, or a related field.
Fluent in Hebrew and English – must be comfortable writing in English
Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
Experience in a leadership or managerial role is an advantage
