As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be:


  • Lead the technical support team, resolving platform issues and managing escalations for complex troubleshooting.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and supporting system updates and deployments.

  • Collaborate across teams to address user challenges, optimize platform functionality, and improve IT systems.

  • Mentor the support team, maintain detailed documentation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Analyze recurring issues, generate performance reports, and recommend enhancements to guide business decisions.

דרישות המשרה

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT management, or a related field.

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English – must be comfortable writing in English

  • Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude

  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role is an advantage
