A performance-focused AdTech company is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Programmatic to join its growing team.
This role involves managing strategic client relationships, optimizing programmatic activity, and driving measurable results across advertising funnels. If you’re experienced in programmatic media, client-focused, and motivated by growth and impact—this position is for you.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze performance, leading monetization automation.
Develop business by recruiting new partners.
Ensure client and customer satisfaction.
Conduct A/B testing and refine monetization strategies.
Identify and optimize workflow inefficiencies.
Negotiate commercial terms using analytical data.
Drive revenue growth and new initiatives.

1+ years of programmatic advertising experience (Mandatory).
Familiarity with RTB, XML, Ad Networks, SSPs, DSPs (Mandatory).
Experience with Pop, New Tab, Browser Extensions, Redirect , Push Notifications, Display Monetization fields (Advantageous).
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets.
Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent/native English speaker (Mandatory); other languages (Advantageous).
